Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
- To request cancellation, contact our support team with your order details.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
- Orders that are processed or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
- Once the shipment is in transit, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
- We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if shipping has already started.
- Customized or special shipments are not eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy

- Time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that are already delivered.
- Shipping charges, handling fees, and applicable taxes.
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
