Accurate Information
- You must provide correct and complete shipping details.
- Incorrect details may result in delays or additional charges.
Proper Packaging
- All shipments must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Poor packaging may lead to claim rejection.
Shipping and Delivery

- We provide standard, express, and domestic shipping services.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Tracking & Insurance
- Each shipment is assigned a tracking ID.
- Insurance is optional and available at an additional cost.
Delivery Issues
- For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, contact support immediately.
- Claims must be raised within 14 days of expected delivery.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Additional Charges

Cancellation and Refunds

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases

Limitation of Liability

- Maximum liability is limited to the shipment amount paid.
Dispute Resolution

- All disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Arbitration will take place in Surat, Gujarat, India.

- Jurisdiction lies in Surat, Gujarat courts.
